II. Information Collection and Use
A.CONNECTIONS VIP collects personal information when you register with CONNECTIONS VIP and when you attend a CONNECTIONS VIP event. Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identity. CONNECTIONS VIP uses personal information to understand better your needs and interests and to provide you with better service. All information is maintained in a secure database.
B.When you register with CONNECTIONS VIP we ask for information such as your name, address, email address, birth date, gender, and personal interests. Once you register with CONNECTIONS VIP and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
C.Additionally, when you register for an event hosted by CONNECTIONS VIP using a credit card, CONNECTIONS VIP will require you disclose the credit card number, billing address of the credit card, name on the credit card and other information as necessary to process payment. Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Such information will be collected only through encrypted technology and may be stored in our secured database.
D.CONNECTIONS VIP uses information for the following purposes:
1. Contact you regarding your account or to provide you with information related to an upcoming event and other general announcements
2. Fulfill your requests for products and services including registration for events and online profiles.
3. CONNECTIONS VIP may access personal information in order to conduct market research. Information collected for marketing research and provided to CONNECTIONS VIP employees or third parties for marketing purposes shall not contain personally identifiable information.
E.“Cookie” Technology. “Cookies” are small data files placed on your computer systems’ hard drive. 4.We disclose, transfer, sell or assign to third parties information about you obtained through our website, or otherwise in our possession, as a result of sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of CONNECTIONS VIP. A.You can edit your CONNECTIONS VIP account information including your personal information at any time by visiting our website.
B.We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the CONNECTIONS VIP service, such as service announcements, administrative messages, that are considered part of your CONNECTIONS VIP account. You have the ability to opt-out of such communications by changing your preferences on our website.
